Preliminary strip
With the fully continuous Conti-M® strip cast-and-milling plant, MKM has the world's most modern technology for manufacturing E-Cu. The Conti-M® has a capacity of 60 t/h. MKM also has several horizontal strip cast-and-milling plants which are used to manufacture bronze strip.

Quality
The quality system employed in the strip-production division forms part of the overall quality management system at MKM GmbH and is certified in conformance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. The efficiency of the quality management system is supervised by means of internal and external inspections.
MKM also has other important national quality seals of approval, such as from the German technical supervisory authority TÜV.
