Training

MKM is one of the region's main companies when it comes to training. In our modern, well-equipped training centre, our training staff ensure that the trainees are given a successful start in their chosen professions.

At present we have 48 apprentices of our own, and 59 from cooperation with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and partner companies. As far back as 1992, our training centre was given the accolade "Main Training Centre" in Saxony-Anhalt and serves the Halle-Dessau Chamber of Industry and Commerce as an examination centre for the metalworking and electrical professions. In addition to this, the state government of Saxony-Anhalt has recognized our company as the leading training location for the profession of Process Technician.
